King Carthur Premium Wash Pad is a very high-quality and absorbent wash pad, preferred by professionals, whose gentle microfiber structure is suitable for both regular maintenance washes and thorough washes performed with solvents. The soft microfiber fringes of the pillow actually caress the paint surface, and thanks to the long, synthetic fringes, even the dirt particles that come off the paint surface end up inside it, unlike when using a traditional sponge, where the dirt gets stuck between the paint surface and the sponge, causing scratches. The structure of the Premium Wash Pad has been designed down to every detail to achieve the best possible washing result, and for this reason, a 2 cm thick foam layer has been added inside it, which makes it more absorbent than many other wash pads. In addition, the seamless construction guarantees that scratches will not occur even on the most sensitive surfaces!
Dude's comment: "A very high-quality, excellently sliding, and amazingly powerful washing pad! The Wash Pad absorbs water nicely, and you don't have to constantly use the wash bucket to wash it, but one watering is enough to get you going. Although the washing pad is clearly gentle, it's a pleasure to see how it can, when necessary, also works flawlessly with solvent-based detergents. Unlike gloves, it's also easier to apply more pressure to the pad when removing the most stubborn dirt stains, and when the car is washed, the Wash Pad can be thrown into the washing machine, and then it's like new again!"

KC microfiber products are machine washable and should always be washed before first use. If the washing pillow is washed together with other laundry, it is wisest to put it in a separate laundry bag , so that it does not get to rub and wear out other laundry or collect fluff from them. We recommend using a detergent specially designed for microfiber when washing the pillow, e.g. King Carthur Microfiber Wash , so that it can be cleaned properly and kept as fluffy and absorbent as possible.
If normal laundry detergent is used, it must be ensured that the substance does not contain zeolite or other thinners, and a separate fabric softener must not be used. The washing pillow should not be washed at the same time as, for example, the cloths used in waxing, so that the wax residue coming off the cloths does not support the pillow.
Washing the pillow should be done regularly so that it is cleaned at the washing temperature according to the washing labels. Usually the temperature varies between 30 and 60 degrees. A washing pad that has become very dirty may not be cleaned properly at 30 degrees, but requires a washing temperature higher than the given washing instructions in order to be cleaned. However, using a temperature higher than the washing instructions has its risks, especially microfiber products washed at a low temperature of 30 degrees may easily shrink (or otherwise suffer) when the washing temperature is raised above the manufacturer's instructions.
