The King Carthur Premium Wash Towel is a large, highly absorbent wash towel designed to make washing large surfaces, i.e. large vehicles, as easy and quick as possible. This 30 x 30 cm giant towel is capable of absorbing an incredible amount of wash water, and its gentle microfiber fringes provide a silky soft touch to all vehicle surfaces. Thanks to its synthetic structure, the Wash Towel is also resistant to solvent-based detergents, making it suitable for both regular maintenance washes and thorough washes requiring harsher chemicals. Thanks to its seamless structure, the wash towel will not damage even the most delicate surfaces, even if you have to apply more pressure to remove stubborn dirt, for example. An excellent choice for efficient washing of large, but also smaller vehicles!
KC's microfiber products are machine washable and should always be washed before first use. If the wash pad is washed with other laundry, it is wisest to put it in a separate laundry bag , so that it does not rub and wear other laundry or collect lint from it. We recommend using a detergent specifically designed for microfiber when washing the wash pad, such as King Carthur Microfiber Wash , to clean it properly and keep it as dense and absorbent as possible.
If you use a normal laundry detergent, make sure it does not contain zeolite or other thinners, and do not use a separate fabric softener. It is not recommended to wash the wash pad at the same time as, for example, waxing cloths, so that wax residue from the cloths does not stick to the pad.
It is advisable to wash the wash pad regularly so that it is cleaned at the washing temperature specified on the washing label. The temperature usually varies between 30-60 degrees. A very dirty wash pad may not be cleaned properly at 30 degrees, but requires a higher washing temperature than the washing instructions. However, using a higher temperature than the washing instructions has its risks, especially since microfiber products that are washed at a low 30 degrees may easily shrink (or otherwise suffer) when the washing temperature is raised above the manufacturer's instructions.
