King Carthur ACE Coat Glass is the best A-class glass coating. This coating forms a rock-hard, durable and invisible film on the glass, which protects the glass from dirt and thus makes it easier to keep clean. The coating also makes the glass surface extremely hydrophobic, and thanks to its water-repellent properties, there is no need to use wipers in rainy weather, as the coating elegantly rolls water droplets off the windshield at speeds of up to 40 km/h. ACE Coat Glass is very resistant to wear and chemicals, and it offers up to 24 months or 30,000 km of protection for glass. In addition to windows, the coating can also be used on all other glass, such as to protect radars and cameras. This way, for example, the reversing camera stays cleaner even in rainy weather. It is also suitable for use on glass surfaces in the home, such as to protect shower walls against limescale. Really easy to install!
ACE Coat Glass significantly increases driving safety in rainy weather due to its hydrophobicity. The coating does not wash off, but withstands all chemicals used in car washing with a pH of 2-12 without problems (minor removers, solvent washes, etc.). In fact, unlike waxes, it is recommended to perform a more effective, solvent-based wash on the coated surface regularly, in order to remove even stubborn dirt and clean the "clogged" surface. This restores the possibly weakened repellency of the substance. The coating is very easy to install and it withstands both different weather conditions and abrasion caused by wiping. Before installing the coating, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the glass to maximize adhesion.
Note! Clean the glass before coating with King Carthur Glass Polish !
Clean the glass thoroughly before coating. Use a glass polish, such as King Carthur Glass Polish , and remove any residue from the glass with e.g. King Carthur Final Cleaner and check the result of the work. Repeat if necessary.
Dispense 10-15 drops of the coating onto the applicator, and carefully apply the coating in crisscross strokes over the entire area to be treated. Let the coating take effect for a moment and then wipe off the excess with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
Allow the coating to cure for 12 hours before exposing it to water.
